The Beauty In Sea Moss

What’s this? It’s one of our favorite new items is Irish seamoss! We use it for just about everything. Our favorite thing to do is a seamoss mask. It has so many great benefits for the skin that we couldn’t wait to share it with you guys!

Seamoss is full of humectants that draw in moisture from the environment, and vitamin E, also great for hydrating the skin. Youthful-looking skin – the amino acids in seamoss help your skin to plump up, smoothing out fine lines with its anti-aging properties.

We have a DIY coming this Monday if you want to learn how to make one.

Sea moss is a type of red algae that grows on the Atlantic coastlines of North America, Europe, and the Caribbean Islands. Since the 1800s, the Irish have been harvesting it from their rocky shores to use as medicine.

Sea Moss also helps the body fight back against everyday aging and inflammation, in what could be called "the anti's:" Anti-inflammatory, anti-aging, anti-bacterial, and anti-viral.

Sea moss doesn't have much of a taste, so you can use it as a gel (made by boiling with water) in many food items, including as a thickener in soups, smoothies, or desserts like mousse.

I used it for a week in everything from my face mask to my tea! You will be amazed at what it can do for you on a clean diet. I've personally noticed firmer, glowing skin. I just feel better overall!

Give this new staple a chance to change your life.
