Hello December




Feeling free to release all that doesn't serve you with last night's full moon in Gemini. A perfect way to begin the new month if you ask me. Gemini is a chaotic playful sign that is the ruler of communication. Using our throat chakra can sometimes feel intimidating but in this last stretch of the year it's necessary. Being intentional about the moves you make will make or break your progress over the next 31 days. Below are some ways you can make December your bitch.....respectfully.


  1. Be clear about your desires and intentions. If you are unsure so is Spirit. How can you manifest your blessings if you don't even have a clear view of what you want. Take some time and meditate on what it is that you truly desire.

  2. Write it down! Writing down goals and intentions work well because it forces you to look at them realistically. It also plays as good reference point when it's time to check in to see if you've made progress. Writing it down makes it real.

  3. Don't stress over things that you can't change. Embrace the things that come to you with ease. Release everything that feels hard. Many times we attach ourselves to things that are hard because that's what we've become accustomed to. Spirit wants you to have the desires of your heart. Nothing about that should be hard.

  4. Stay away from negative self talk. How you speak to yourself is so important when you're trying to do things. When you feel a negative thought creeping in; gently tell it NO THANK YOU! Replace it with something positive.

  5. Allow yourself to feel. Repressing your emotions isn't good for your health. Allow yourself to have that moment and when you're done....never sit in it again.

  6. Speak your truth! Don't have regrets this season. Say what you have to say and be done with it. As long as you are thorough and replace negative things with actual solutions; all those meant to receive you will.

  7. Take time for self care. Whatever that looks like for you. It could be a long bath, a walk, or maybe even a nap! Self care could be your skincare routine. Sometimes self care can be something as simple as a face mask.
